The room is specious and the balcony has a very nice view . The location is very good ,
I didn't like the TV and the mattress
air con. staff was great. pool/spa clean.
Inside of fridge was broken. Sliding balcony door was not functioning properly. bed was made up of two beds, which should have been made clear on arrival, and which anyone or any website failed to include.
The Resort was very central & we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of The Entrance...
I have never been to a Hotel/Resort that does not supply a shower cap!!!Not having the room serviced should be written in bold print, when making bookings online......was not happy that I had to make the bed.We had to go to the shop to buy extra milk!
i thought that the service was great and the location too
I saw one duplex appartment ( 2 bedrooms ) in the web and I had one different, I didn"t enjoy these
Extra costs ie parking and Internet are unacceptable and $150 bond on credit card is very expensive and ova the top. For these reasons I will never stay in an oaks hotel again. I travel 10 days per month
the location, the staff& the quiteness
Great location - so handy to the water and shops - nice large room - very comfortable bed.
Charge for parking in their carpark. Also they are in a laneway, so difficult to pull up outside entrance, unless you see the free parking area down further. Repairs needed in room.
I thought the hotel was adequate to our needs it has a great location and the price was such that we will be able to book another short stay at some point.
the only minus I have is that the extra person rate is quite high at 45.00 per night we had a 3 year old and if we had extra bedding this would have been the price we paid. He slept in the bed with us. also when you add parking the price is getting up there for no housekeeping included.
Beautiful location, friendly service, lovely layout of room and facilities - would definitely stay again, Thank you!
All good except the extra charge to use the carpark at $15 per night I thought was a bit over the top.
1 bedroom apartment was nice and cosy, not too big but not small either. All available space was sensibly used. Kitchen was modern and clean and had everything we needed. I liked the pastel decor both outside and inside the room. There was no outside noise. Free parking almost next door at council carpark.I will definitely use again and recommend this hotel to my friends.
There was only 1 reception clerk and it took too long to check in and check out. For some reason we had a disabled bathroom in our apartment. It was big and comfortable but it just felt weird to have the toilet seat so high.
Staff friendly.Service good.Room clean and tidy when we arrived. No dramas with check-in,always a bonus.
Only one complaint. The hot water in the shower was not really hot enough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Chris on the night shift. The room is large and fairly well equipped.
We rented two rooms. One of them (614) had a strong damp smell throughout. On a positive note the staff did attempt to resolve it and even offered to change the room but our friend decided that she preferred not to move as she was next door to us. Both rooms had clothes driers but no washing machine although there was a place for one together with plumbing. You could use the laundry on another floor but this had to be paid for.
the options that a kitchenette gives and the waterfront location
